2.1. Fusion Detailing Experts provides professional car detailing services, including but not limited to: a) Exterior washing and waxing b) Interior cleaning and detailing c) Paint correction d) Ceramic coating application e) Headlight restoration f) Engine bay cleaning

2.3. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at our discretion.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

3.1. Services are provided by appointment only.

3.2. Appointments can be made via phone, website, or in person at our facility.

3.3. We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

3.4. A cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price may apply for late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) or no-shows.

3.5. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, equipment failure, or staff shortages.

4. Payment

4.1. Payment is due upon completion of services.

4.2. We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and mobile payment methods (Apple Pay, Google Pay).

4.3. All prices are in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice.

4.4. A non-refundable deposit may be required for certain services or during peak seasons.

4.5. Returned checks will incur a $35 fee plus any bank charges incurred by the Company.

5. Customer Responsibilities

5.1. Customers must remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before service. This includes, but is not limited to: a) Electronics b) Loose change c) Important documents d) Valuables

5.2. The Company is not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle.

5.3. Customers must inform staff of any existing damage, mechanical issues, or special conditions before service.

5.4. Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is in a condition that allows for safe and effective detailing (e.g., the vehicle starts, doors open/close properly).

5.5. For vehicles with alarms, customers must provide staff with instructions on how to disarm and rearm the system.

6. Company Liability

6.1. The Company shall exercise reasonable care in performing its services.

6.2. The Company is not liable for any pre-existing damage or wear to the vehicle.

6.3. Our liability is limited to the cost of the detailing service provided.

6.4. We are not responsible for any mechanical, electrical, or other vehicle issues that may arise during the detailing process.

6.5. The Company is not liable for any damage caused by defects in the vehicle’s structure, materials, or design.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

7.1. We strive for customer satisfaction with all our services.

7.2. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

7.3. We reserve the right to re-clean any areas of concern before considering any refunds or compensation.

7.4. Refunds or re-cleaning services are provided at the discretion of management.

8. Privacy and Communications

8.1. By using our services, you agree to receive emails and text messages from Fusion Detailing Experts regarding your appointments, promotions, and company updates.
