This Agreement outlines the responsibilities of both Fusion Detailing Experts (hereafter referred to as “Fusion Detailing Experts,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and you (hereafter referred to as the “Client,” “Customer,” or “you”) in relation to the detailing services you request. By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full and without modification.
Booking Terms & Conditions
- Clients must remove all personal belongings, valuables, and sensitive items from their vehicles prior to any service.
- Estimated appointment times are provided for scheduling purposes only; actual detailing time may vary depending on the vehicle’s condition.
- We may assign any qualified technician or independent contractor to complete your service and reserve the right to make last-minute substitutions.
- Unforeseen circumstances, including traffic, weather, or equipment issues, may affect arrival times without voiding our cancellation policy.
- We may request debit/credit card information to secure a booking. Card processing is handled securely through a third-party system.
- Bookings may be adjusted due to staffing, weather, or equipment availability at our discretion.
- Fusion Detailing Experts is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property or the service location. Please ensure the detailing is being performed in a safe and lawful environment.
- We are not responsible for drained vehicle batteries resulting from interior or exterior lights left on. Please inspect your vehicle upon completion.
- All bookings are subject to address and vehicle condition verification. We reserve the right to cancel or deny service at our sole discretion.
- Aggressive, threatening, or abusive behavior towards our staff will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.
Communication & Privacy
- You may receive emails, texts, or calls related to your booking, service status, technician assignment, and satisfaction follow-ups.
- Your name, contact details, service address, and vehicle information may be stored in our secure database.
- Customer service calls may be recorded for quality assurance purposes.
Service Policies
- We may ask how you heard about Fusion Detailing Experts to help improve our marketing efforts.
- Credit or debit card information may be required for recurring bookings. Cards will be charged after services are rendered.
- If your vehicle is unavailable or the booking is not canceled properly, your card may be charged the full service amount.
Cancellation Policy
- A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to cancel any booking without forfeiting your deposit.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled time will result in loss of the 15% deposit.
- Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
- Fusion Detailing Experts reserves the right to reschedule bookings due to operational needs, weather, or equipment issues without penalty.
- Clients must be present at the time and location of service, or the deposit will be forfeited.
Service Guarantee
- If the service is incomplete or performed unsatisfactorily due to technician error, we will offer a redo or partial refund for the affected area.
- Performing any cleaning or repairs independently before notifying us voids our Service Guarantee.
- Refusing a redo appointment limits refunds to a maximum of 20% of the original service value.
- Failure to disclose conditions such as extreme dirt, odors, biological waste, mold, or hazardous materials may void the guarantee.
- Only the services outlined in your original order (and any approved extras) are covered by the guarantee.
- Full payment is due upon completion of service. Failure to pay nullifies any guarantee, refund, or redo rights.
- Claims must be made within 48 hours by emailing us at info@fusiondetailingexperts.com, with supporting photos submitted within 24 hours of the claim.
Photos & Feedback
- We encourage all clients to send feedback to info@fusiondetailingexperts.com.
- We reserve the right to take and use photos of your vehicle for promotional purposes (excluding personal information).
- Photos may be used on our website or social media.
Gift Certificates
- Gift certificates are subject to a 48-hour verification period before use.
- Each certificate can be redeemed once per vehicle, per service.
- Cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions.
- If service costs exceed the gift certificate value, the client is responsible for the difference.
- Additional charges may apply for large vehicles, pet hair, biohazards, etc.
- Certificates reflect a cash value and are subject to price changes based on demand, season, and inflation.
- Refunds are only available if the redeemer is outside our service area and requested within 6 months of purchase.
Modifications to Terms
- Fusion Detailing Experts reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice.
- Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the most current version of our Terms and Conditions.
- Our liability is limited to the total cost of the service provided.
Acknowledgment and Release
By booking a service with Fusion Detailing Experts (online, via phone, or in person), you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and voluntarily release Fusion Detailing Experts, its staff, contractors, and affiliates from any claims related to personal injury, vehicle damage, or loss of property.
